Emmanuel Fernando “Noel” Bautista is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regis Partners, Inc., formerly Deutsche Regis Partners, Inc., -- the equities joint venture between Deutsche Bank and management, from 1999 to 2019. Noel joined the Deutsche Bank Group in 1994 as President and Managing Director for Sales and Trading at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Philippines. He was responsible for marketing Philippine equities to institutional investors based in Asia, the U.S., and Europe. He oversaw the growth of the company into the dominant equities house in the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Noel is currently also a member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Stock Exchange, and the Securities Clearing Corp. of the Philippines, among others. He sits in the Advisory Board of the John Gokongwei School of Management, Ateneo de Manila University.
Noel brings to the business a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, and marketing, from the various positions he held during his seven years at PepsiCo International in New York and Pepsi Cola, Philippines, where he was Director of Strategic Planning and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to PepsiCo, Noel trained as an analyst at Philippine American Investments Corporation
Noel earned his MBA degree from Georgetown University, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.
