a. Your name, address and phone number
b. Brand, model, type of unit, serial number
c. Invoice number and date of purchase
d. Complaint (apparent defect)
Carry in units: You will then be advised to bring the unit to a specified authorized repair center, together with the sales invoice and the extended warranty card.
Home service – CSR will inform you about the service center details. They will also advise you that the service center will call you to check your schedule. If the defect is covered, the unit will be returned to the customer free of charge.
