How to make a claim?

In the event of a covered loss, the Insured shall:

  1. Call AIG at +63 2 8785400 within forty-eight (48) hours of the discovery of the theft or damage to obtain the proper forms and instructions.
  2. Complete and return any necessary documents including but not limited to claim forms, police reports, original receipt, demands, notices, and any other required documents within thirty (30) days of making the claim.
  3. For damage claims, the Insured may be required to send in the damaged item/s, at the Insured’s expense, for further evaluation of the claim.
