Call us up at our Customer Service Hotline: 878-5433. The following information must be relayed by the customer to the CSR:
a. Your customer’s name, address and phone number
b. Brand, model, type of unit, serial number
c. Invoice number and date of purchase
d. Complaint (apparent defect)
Carry in units: The customer will then be advised to bring the unit to a specified authorized repair center, together with the sales invoice and the extended warranty card.
Home service – CSR will inform about the service center details. They will also advise that the service center will call for schedule.
If the defect is covered, the unit will be returned to the customer free of charge.
